The Retention People connects with Aquaterra Leisure
Aquaterra Leisure has entered into partnership with The Retention People (TRP) in order to improve Connect, its IT-based membership retention system.
Aquaterra will continue to sell and market Connect in the UK while TRP will begin developing, installing and supporting Connect.
Alister Rollins, chief executive of TRP, said: "This partnership ensures Connect customers will have access to a broader choice of retention training and consultancy services."
"Connect will be compatible with other TRP software products and can be seamlessly upgraded to our flagship retention system, TRP Interact.
Connect, a software tool, uses a single screen to monitor customer attendance and target interactions on the gym floor, measuring effectiveness and performance.
