Theatre museum celebrates Peter Pan’s centenary
To celebrate the December centenary of JM Barrie’s Peter Pan, the Theatre Museum in London has teamed up with Action for Children’s Arts and Great Ormond Street Hospital to launch a series of events, which will begin on 30 November.
The events will include a display at the museum – which is the national museum for the performing arts – alongside readings, themed costume workshops and a series of talks.
There will also be a gala performance with famous guest readers of Peter Pan at the Duke of York’s Theatre on 18-19 December, in aid of the Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity. Details: www.theatremuseum.org.uk
