Thinktank announces 98 per cent approval rating
Birmingham-based science centre Thinktank has claimed that 98 per cent of visitors say they enjoyed their time at the attraction and most aim to make a return visit.
Commissioning the research to coincide with its third birthday, the Millennium Point centre found that 83 per cent of visitors said they were likely to visit again and 44 per cent said they would return within the next six months.
Conducted by Vector Research, the poll also discovered that 80 per cent thought Thinktank was good value for money, 97 per cent felt it was a place for families and just 8 per cent thought it only appealed to young people.
Last week the centre announced it has secured a £673,000 grant from ReDiscover to build Birmingham’s first planetarium. It also made the shortlist for the Gulbenkian Museum of the Year award this year.
