Thornton Hall's restaurant revamp completed
Thornton Hall Hotel in the Wirral has completed the redevelopment of it's The Lawns fine dining restaurant.
The £160,000 revamp included the creation of new private dining rooms, the upgrading of all interior spaces and the introduction of a new menu.
The hotel has also appointed David Gillmore as the restaurant's new executive chef.
Gillmore joins The Lawns from Chester's Michelin-starred Grosvenor Hotel.
He has also worked at Lords of the Manor Hotel in the Cotswolds, and The Vineyard in Stockcross, Berkshire.
