Thousands stranded at Disneyland Tokyo
The earthquake and resulting tsunami has caused the Tokyo Disney Resort to close its gates with thousands of guests still inside the park.
The resort's car park has been flooded, preventing people from leaving and according to tweets by people inside the park, thousands are lining the streets waiting for information on how to get home.
Located in Urayasu, Chiba, Japan, near Tokyo, the resort was the first Disney park to be built outside of the United States and opened 15 April 1983.
