Ma Potter's, the chargrill restaurant chain, is to open three new sites in the next two months as part of an aggressive expansion plan in the UK.

With six restaurants currently in the portfolio, the group plan to open a total of 25 sites by 2003. Three new restaurants are to open in October and November at Ocean Terminal in Edinburgh, The Light in Leeds and the Touchwood Centre in Solihull.

Managing director John Gater, says the brand has huge potential: 'Our carefully selected mid-market positioning has helped us to produce tremendous sales growth over the past three years and we plan to roll out this successful all day chargrill style concept across the UK.'
