Thyme Group to re-brand Crosspool site
The Thyme Restaurant in Crosspool, Sheffield, is set to undergo a revamp which will include creating a deli-style foodstore and brasserie.
Plans also include the introduction of a new fish restaurant on the property’s second floor.
Thyme Group, which operates the restaurant, has appointed Yorkshire-based design consultancy Bogacki Project to handle the re-branding and designing of the site.
Thyme Group operates two other eateries in the region – the Thyme Café in Broomhill and the Druid Inn in Matlock, Derbyshire.
