Tone Leisure has recently launched a new swimming lesson and dryside courses software application called Coursepro.

The software will enrol and re-enrol pupils online and has a "Home Portal" to allow parents and pupils access to view pupil progress online.

The programme also automates KPI reporting and opens up communications between coaches and parents/ pupils.

CoursePro works with existing leisure management software to provide both rapid enrolments at reception as well as allowing customers to book and pay online at home, drastically reducing pressure on centre staff.

Teachers use waterproof poolside devices to mark both attendance and progress. This data is transferred wirelessly at the end of every day and can be viewed (along with many other reports) by management.

Parents are able to register for "HomePortal", allowing them to view their child's progress, attendance and teacher comments from home on their computer.

Tone Leisure would be willing to share this development with other leisure organisations as part of their objective to get more people regularly active.
