Total Fitness training award
Leisure chain Total Fitness has received a partnership award from Trafford College in recognition of the company’s commitment to staff development.
Total Fitness, based in the north-west, is the latest national company to sign up with the college’s business training unit, which offers training solutions to a range of industries including sport and leisure.
As part of the training, 200 of the chain’s staff took part in a full day of motivational workshops.
Training manager Donna Nicholson says: “We’re committed to providing clear pathways for all our employees, from lifeguards and reception staff through to managers, and this partnership allows us to offer NVQ level two and level three qualifications in a range of skill areas.”
