Tourism statistics to be assessed
The English Tourism Intelligence Partnership (ETIP) has commissioned an assessment of tourism statistics for England.
To be conducted by The Tourism Company, the main focus of the survey will be on current research and practice and the way statistical analysis and interpretation is being collected.
The aim of the assessment will be to outline the priorities and actions of the ETIP in bringing improving the overall scope, range and quality of tourism statistics within England and the way that they are interpreted, presented and communicated to the industry.
ETIP is a new body that has been created as part of the Partners for England Initiative between DCMS, VisitBritain, the Regional Development Agencies and the Local Government Association.
