Travelodge welcomes orange Germans
Travelodge teamed up with EasyJet and the British Tourist Authority this month to promote the airline's new Munich to Stanstead route, which it took over from Go airline.
Following the 'Go Orange' promotion on Munich's Radio Charivari, listeners had to race to the city's airport, with the first 25 people arriving at the EasyJet check-in wearing something bright orange on their head winning a free return flight to London.
The winners then received two free nights stay at the City Travelodge on Liverpool Street - and were live on Radio Charivari from the hotel over the weekend.
