Trust to hold Lang Craigs consultation
Woodland Trust Scotland (WTS) will hold a public meeting on 10 August in order to allow residents in Dumbarton to comment on plans for a new 600-acre (243-hectare) woodland.
Earlier this year, the trust completed the acquisition of the Maryland Farm site as part of the Lang Craigs scheme and aims to include the community at every stage of its development. WTS site manager Roy Barlow said "This meeting will allow the local community to see our plans, as well as providing an opportunity for them to express their views on how they would to see the land develop and the ways they would like to use it."
