UEFA to sell England broadcast rights
The Football Association (FA) has announced that UEFA is to offer the broadcast rights to England's Euro 2016 and World Cup 2018 qualifiers as part of a combined package.
According to European football's governing bodies, all 53 member associations - including the FA - agreed to arrange a combined broadcasting deal for all qualification matches. FA general secretary Alex Horne said: "We reached a satisfactory agreement with UEFA that gives us a minimum income guarantee in excess of the current value of our rights."
