Enterprise - the retired US space shuttle - has arrived at its new home at the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum in New York City following its move from Washington DC.
The vessel had been housed at the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum's Steven F Udvar-Hazy Center but was awarded to the New York attraction by NASA earlier this year.
Enterprise completed the second leg of a barge trip from John F Kennedy Airport to the museum on 6 June, sailing up the Hudson River from Weeks Marine in new Jersey.
Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum's new Space Shuttle Pavilion - including the shuttle - will open to the public on 19 July.
• In April, the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum took receipt of another retired US space shuttle - Discovery. It is housed in the Steven F Udvar-Hazy Center.
