Vector offers shares to investors
Vector Hospitality real estate investment trust (REIT) is set to sell shares in its UK hotels and conference centre portfolio to private investors.
The £2.5b portfolio includes the entire Malmaison and Hotel du Vin collection, purchased from Marylebone Warwick Balfour Group (MWB) for £495.1m earlier this month.
A prospectus listing the share option will be available on 8 May, and the offer will close on 30 May.
The property and asset management will be carried out by investment manager, Cameron.
