Watford Borough Council has approved plans for the £32.5m redevelopment of Watford FC’s Vicarage Road stadium.
The £32.5m proposal includes a new East Stand to provide community and educational facilities, as well as enhanced Rous and Rookery Stand facilities to offer improved concourse environments, including an additional kiosk and bar.
Changing rooms, media facilities and a new players’ lounge will be relocated to the south-west corner of the ground.
