Viral campaign launched to promote new Malmaison site
Boutique hotel group Malmaison has begun a new marketing promotion via a website – www.areyoucorruptenough.co.uk – to publicise the November launch of its new Oxford property, which was used as a prison until the mid-1990s.
Those who participate in the interactive quiz can win two VIP tickets to the opening night of the 94-room Malmaison Oxford.
The hotel is located within Oxford Castle, a World Heritage Site which was built in 1071.
The original execution chamber will remain in the basement while the solitary confinement cells have been transformed into wine-tasting rooms.
Malmaison is owned by Marylebone Warwick Balfour. Details: www.malmaison.com
