Spa consultancy and management firm WTS International has received an ISPA Innovation Award for its LifeStart on Demand platform, following its acquisition of corporate fitness and amenity management services provider LifeStart in November 2020

LifeStart on Demand is a virtual wellness platform that offers programmes that promote health and mental wellness for members and guests.

The platform was developed to help businesses create new revenue streams and support clients during a time when people were staying at home.

Members, residents and tenants received highly accessible programming that kept guests engaged and focused on supporting mental health, mindfulness, stress management, nutrition, home skincare and movement.

Remarking on the award, a spokesperson said WTS is “thrilled to be recognised as one ISPA’s top solutions and innovations implemented specifically in response to the pandemic”.

LifeStart on Demand offers a variety of group fitness content from live classes offered daily or via on-demand which are available at any time.

The movement options are designed to meet the needs of a variety of users – with or without equipment – and catered to all levels.

Clients are also able to connect meaningfully with industry experts that provide healthy cooking demonstrations and classes, children’s programming, meditation sessions and beauty tips.

LifeStart on Demand’s knowledgeable, licensed dietitians also host workshops, webinars, and one-on-one consultations to support participants holistically.

The platform has proven so successful that WTS hopes to expand its offerings to include personal consultations with aestheticians and personal trainers to support home care.
