Wakefield Wildcats in search for investment
Wakefield Trinity Wildcats has called on supporters to help generate additional cash for the rugby league club following a decision to call in its stadium plans.
The Super League club said that the delay to the Newmarket development meant it would no longer receive £350,000 of funding that was dependent on planning being granted. As a result, the club is now asking for 500 people to come forward with pledges of £1,000 in order to help raise £500,000 to ease cashflow concerns.
