Plans to transform a former car showroom in Wandsworth, South London, into a new hotel and business academy have been given the green light.

Trinity Developments is to develop a new 122-bedroom property at the East Hill site, which will include function rooms; a restaurant; a gym; and a car park. Wandsworth Council planning applications chair Nick Cuff said: "This investment will bring this vacant and semi-derelict site back into productive economic use."
