Warner says ‘thanks a million’ to Wet’n’Wild visitors
Warner Village Theme Parks on the Gold Coast, Australia, has welcomed it’s one millionth customer at Wet’n’Wild Water World.
COO Steve Peet said that Warner Village Theme Parks had experienced a sensational summer across all its parks.
“Wet'n'Wild Water World had its biggest ever summer this year since opening in 1984, with record attendances achieved not only for one day visits, but for the financial year also,” he said.
He claimed that the water park’s newly completed Extreme H2O Zone and the prolonged summer season had fuelled significant interest from local and national visitors.
To celebrate the record year Wet’n’Wild is running a “thanks a million” promotion to thank local Gold Coast residents and visitors to the park for their support. The promotion will run from 28 May to 30 June 2007 offering AUS$29 (18 euro, £12, US$24) discounted entry to residents of Queensland and Northern NSW.
