Water Cube reopens as waterpark
Beijing's Olympic aquatic centre, known as the Water Cube, has reopened as one of China’s largest indoor waterparks.
Designed by theme park specialist Forrec, the RMB350m (US$51m, €39m, £33m) park includes slides, a wave machine, an arcade, retail outlets and a café.
The rides were supplied by WhiteWater West, Empex Watertoys and Proslide.
