Wheways unveil CaraCala Spa on Costa del Sol
The new CaraCala Spa has opened at the five-star La Cara Resort on the Costa del Sol in Spain.
The 1,300sq m (14,000sq ft) facility, created by Wheway Lifestyle International and designed by G&J Arquitectura of Marbella, boasts six therapy rooms and a couples suite; an indoor exercise pool and indoor and outdoor hydropools; a thermal suite consisting of a Hamam, crystal sauna, herbal steam room, igloo, experience showers, Kneipp foot baths, a tepidarium and a relaxationroom; a wet room, dry float and Rasul.
Products have been supplied by Paris-based Decleor and Thailand’s Ytsara brand.
“A majority of spas in hotels on the Costa del Sol are located in the basement or with very restricted views and no outside exclusive facilities,” said Allan Wheway. “Our hydropool overlooks magnificent vistas and is both inside and outside.”
La Cala Resort is a residential and recreational resort situated between the Sierra de Mijas National Park and the Mediterranean coast covering 1,000 acres and including three 18-hole golf courses.
