Whitewater heading for the wild west
Frontier City, a western-themed amusement park in Oklahoma City, US has partnered with WhiteWater West to build the state's newest and largest attraction.
An AquaPlay RainFortress called 'Wild West Water Works', the wild west-themed, 52ft-high structure will feature a 1,000 gallon tipping bucket that resembles a barrel, 200 interactive play elements and eight waterslides. Owned by CNL Lifestyle Properties, Frontier City currently offers four major roller coasters, one children's coaster and a range of other thrill rides from various manufacturers.
Wild West Water Works is scheduled to open in May this year.
