Will to Win completes new Ealing facility
Will to Win has unveiled a new £300,000 community tennis and football facility in Ealing, west London, which forms the final part of the Lammas Park development.
The operator, which has worked alongside Ealing Council to deliver the new centre, has invested £250,000 in the project. A further £50,000 has been provided by the Tennis Foundation. Facilities at the Ealing centre include 12 tennis courts - seven of which are floodlit - and two 3G, floodlit five-a-side football pitches. Will to Win funded the £100,000 football element of the scheme.
Steve Riley, director of Will to Win Tennis, said: "We have been working with Ealing council to deliver our final stage of the development and now believe this is the ideal public community sport model."The dual sports venue will enable football players to have exposure to community tennis without club elitist barriers and try tennis in a relaxed environment."
