Work starts on £70m London development
United House has started construction work on the first phase of a £70m mixed-use scheme in the Kingston upon Thames, London, on behalf of NHP Leisure Developments.
An upscale 150-bedroom hotel with meeting, banqueting and conference facilities is planned, with Paul Brookes Architects and KDS and Associates acting as delivery architects.
Due for completion in spring 2013, the scheme will also comprise residential units and is set to incorporate a number of eco-friendly measures to provide heating, cooling and hot water.
