X-Leisure acquires Cambridge site
X-Leisure has acquired Cambridge Leisure for £39m.
The mixed-use centre, opened in 2004, comprises 130,000sq ft of leisure and restaurant space including a nine-screen multiplex cinema with a capcaity of 1,700, a 20,000sq ft health club and a 120-room budget hotel.
