YO! Sushi continues expansion with Brighton site
YO! Sushi, the Japanese-style restaurant chain, will open its next outlet in Brighton in October.
The interior of the new site will be designed by Nottingham-based Philip Watts Design, which has also been appointed to design all of the company’s future outlets.
The opening is part of YO! Sushi’s ongoing expansion programme, which aims to open two further restaurants by the end of 2005 and two more in the spring of 2006.
All in all, the company has set a target of having 30 UK and 20 international restaurants by the end of 2007.
Yo! Sushi was founded in 1996 by entrepreneur Simon Woodroffe and is based on the Japanese conveyor belt method – called kaiten – of serving food.
