YO! Sushi expands to Portugal
UK-based YO! Sushi restaurant chain has opened its first site in Portugal.
The 200sqm, 78-cover eatery, is located at the Forum Sintra retail complex on the Western side of capital Lisbon and will be operated on a franchise contract by Rui Sanches, founder of Portuguese restaurant company 'Multi Foods'.
Sanches plans to open a further three YO! Sushis in Portugal by the and of this year (2011).
His Multifoods company currently operates 85 restaurants across Portugal under the Vitaminas, Capri, Milano and Wok to Walk brands.
