YO! Sushi will open a restaurant at Manchester Piccadilly Train Station on 30 March 2011.
The 64-cover, 124sq m (1,300sq ft) restaurant has been designed by DGA and occupies a key location in the city's major train station.
Robin Rowland, CEO of YO! Sushi said: "Manchester Piccadilly Train Station is the ideal location for us and the restaurant promises the perfect mix of fun, fast and fresh Japanese food, vibrant staff and cutting edge restaurant design".
