Yo! goes to Edinburgh
Yo! Sushi and Yo! Below is moving outside London for the first time, with a site opening in Edinburgh this July. Visitors will be able to help themselves from a conveyor belt serving sushi and other dishes, and voice activated robots will deliver Japanese beer and soft drinks. Downstairs, the Yo! Below bar with have 14 large tables each fitted with a self-serve beer tap and airline-style help buttons. Other features include a tarot booth, masseurs and giant beds which can accommodate up to 45 people. Yo! founder, Simon Woodroffe, says Edinburgh was chosen because it's so cosmopolitan.
