Your Gym launches new franchise model
After a successful trial, Your GYM is offering a new franchise model of a heart rate based interval training concept. A hybrid of HIIT and personal training, it is backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption.
Group sessions are broken down into short intervals of cv and functional strength training, with every participant logged on to their own individual heart rate sytem, designed to keep them working in their target heart rate zone for optimal results. Each member can see how hard they are working and how many calories they are burning.
Founder and operations director, Simon Bateman, reckons this could be the next big franchise in the industry: “The Your GYM core brand is about building community and results, driven by a service that members want, on their terms. It ticks all the boxes.”
Former managing director of the Energie Group, Mark Lemmon, has come on board as non executive director, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge about franchising brands.
“This is a well developed brand that reflects well on the industry and should deliver a good return for right individuals who have an interest in bringing personal fitness to the public in an informed and professional manner,” says Lemmon.
The first site is operating in Richmond and the second will open in Queens Park in three months. Your GYM is hosting an open day for all potential franchisees on 26 March in Waterloo. If you are interested email [email protected]
