Ahead of the start of the 2012 season, Zapp Canopy Umbrellas has launched four new products aimed at the restaurant and leisure markets.

Filling a size gap in its Classic Umbrellas outdoor range are the Fortero and Fortino quality outdoor umbrellas in sizes from 2.5m to 3.5m diameter. Available in circular or square, they feature waterproof fabric covers protected against UV, have frames made from satin anodised aluminium with a lever release mechanism and carry a wind performance guarantee. Adding to its awnings range, the company is launching the Syncra and Pergola 200 products. Designed as a shading for large areas, the Syncra comes as cassetted, semi-cassetted or cover profile in a large choice of colours and either manual or electric control. Lighting options are available too. Covering a 5m width with an extension of 6m, the stylish Pergola 200 is designed to withstand Force 6 winds. Perfect drainage is achieved by lowering one leg of the awning.

Also new from Zapp is a range of terrace screens, both fixed and adjustable height. The Elegance model comes in two standard fixed heights of 1.8m and 1.5m with aluminium frames, panels and safety glass. The adjustable height AGS screens are counter-balanced glass terrace screens available in five heights, manually or electrically controlled to provide extra shelter from the wind. Completing the new products line-up is a full range of pagodas in sizes from 9 to 100 sq m. Called Barocco, Liberty, Tucano, Cormorano, Classic and Albatross, a choice of designs is available from ornate to quirky and classic to contemporary. All feature PVC roof panels with a choice of colour for roof and frame. Depending on the pagodo style, other options are available such as side curtains, valances and rain gutters when linking units together.
