£250m Barwell West proposals submitted
Sports facilities and public open space form part of new £250m plans for the Barwell West development, which have been submitted to Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council.
A consortium of developers and housebuilders are working together on the project, which is to deliver a new Sustainable Urban Extension adjacent to the Leicestershire village.
Jamie Gibbins from Barwood Development Securities said: "Barwell West offers a once in a lifetime opportunity to improve the area, both for existing and future residents."
