£425,000 Arbroath museum revamp completed
Angus Council has announced that work has completed on a £425,000 refurbishment of the Signal Tower Museum in Arbroath.
Muirfield Contracts has handed the attraction back to the council's neighbourhood services department in order to allow the fitting out process to commence. Angus Council convener of neighbourhood services Jim Millar said: "All of the work on the refurbished museum is an integral part of a year- long celebration in Arbroath of the 200 year celebration of the life saving Bell Rock Lighthouse."
It is hoped the attraction will be ready to reopen by early summer.
