£9m mixed-use City Wharf development – latest plans approved
Aberdeen council’s planning committee has granted approval to the addition of a casino on property company Kenmore’s 160,000sq ft City Wharf development, located in the heart of the city centre.
Situated between Virginia Street, Shiprow and Shore Brae, the £9m City Wharf site has a current completion date of December 2004 and is intended to be a mixed use, lifestyle leisure development. The site will also include a bar, restaurant, seven storey office block, leisure complex and hotel, all of which have received planning approval.
Bar chain Tiger Tiger will also be opening a new outlet nearby, having won licensing approval as of October 23, 2003. Details: www.kenmore.co.uk
