Oxford University Sport and University Club of Oxford are wholly owned and not for profit trading entities; owned by University of Oxford.

Together our sites provide a diverse range of sporting and leisure facilities, extending to hotel, conferencing and retail operations.

We deliver commercial access through memberships, pay as you go and club support services to around 14,000 unique users annually.

The University of Oxford is seeking to review Leisure Management Systems to further enhance our customer experience.

Last reviewed in 2016/17 we are seeking either a five year contract or a spend cap of £125k on the minimum viable LMS product; compliant with current UK regulations and emerging rules from the Digital Markets and Competitions Act (2024).
