Cotswold Lakes Trust is seeking an appropriately experienced and resourced partner to work with the Trust in establishing a non-motorised water activities facility on its 1,500m Waterhay Lake which is part of its flagship site, Cleveland Lakes.

Cleveland Lakes is situated within the Cotswold Water Park, an area of 42 square miles, with more than 180 lakes, and set across the countryside of Wiltshire and Gloucestershire.

• Hard standing for associated events and parking – 6,000m²
