We are searching for a Regional Sales Manager, U.K. with the drive to grow revenue, tell the world about Freemotion and have fun doing it. Travel is expected to be 50% and compensation is competitive with market, based on skills and experience and will be determined during the interview process.

• Work with corporate leaders to implement a strategic plan to managing and grow Freemotion's U.K. revenue and market share.
• Take a creative approach in identifying, qualifying and targeting new business and present new ideas to leadership.
• Increase market share by 50% by the year 2020.
• Increase sales revenue in direct and distribution channels by $1-2M by the year 2021.
• Increase margin targets by 2-4%.
• Build rapport and open doors with targeted prospects.
• Use a consultative approach to understand clients' challenges and pain points, and work with the team to develop a new go-to-market solution(s.)
• Work with the team to improve efficiencies wherever possible.
• Use all possible sales channels to grow business either direct or through dealers
