Cannons Group, LA Fitness and Soho Gyms have teamed up with the South Bank University to offer employment scholarships funding students whilst they study for the new two-year foundation degree in Sport and Exercise Science (FdSc).

Students holding a qualification recognised by the REPs at Level 2 can apply for a scholarship worth up to £10,000 and will be provided with on the job training by one of the three health club operators.

The course links a comprehensive academic programme – covering nutrition, physiology, biomechanics and psychology – with practical skills and experience gained in a working environment.
