UK-based synthetic turf maintenance specialist Replay Maintenance has launched PitchPassport 365®, a new tool, that includes an app and online platform, which the company claims is set to ‘revolutionise’ the recording and traceability of synthetic turf maintenance and become a benchmark in the industry.

It is designed to enable communications between the manufacturer, installer, maintainer and the facility, allowing them to input historical, current and predictive maintenance information about the turf. The information gathered can then be used to identify and resolve minor maintenance issues before they become major concerns. Key features include a usage calculator and heat mapping technology, which uses an embedded algorithm to produce a map of the pitch depicting areas of wear and tear. It also features both online and offline functionality.
