UK skincare brand opens first salon
UK organic skincare brand SkinSincere has announced the opening of its first dedicated salon in Telford, Shropshire.
The company, which has operated as an online store, has a range of organic, vitamin-packed and paraben-free skincare products ranging from moisturisers to cleansers to bathing products. It was founded in 2015 by director Gemma Allies after “years of personal difficulties with eczema and sensitive skin.”
The salon will be located in Telford’s town centre and will offer a range of treatments, including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures and waxings, utilising SkinSincere's products in each where possible.
Allies said: “I am incredibly excited to be branching out and launching my first salon. I have always been extremely passionate about beauty, and this branch of the business complements the products perfectly.”
Allies has plans to open a chain of salons across the UK and to franchise out under the SkinSincere brand. Plans are also underway to launch a training facility, SkinSincere Academy, operating from within her Telford-based salon, via an online platform and through workshops at client premises.
The company is backed by local charity The Shropshire Youth Support Trust, which is offering support in the development and advancement of the business, and has received funding and mentoring support from the Virgin startup programme.
