Knowledge services: we have an unrivalled strategic advisory capability for Governments, cities and sports bodies:
• We advise on the role of sport and physical activity in social and economic transformation
• We develop, implement, and evaluate sport and physical activity strategies, including programmes that activate people and places via digital transformation
• We help deliver of the ‘full life cycle’ of major sporting events i.e., Olympics, World Rugby World Cup, Pan American Games

Technology products: our proprietary software and data platforms allows clients to connect and use multiple data sources and develop actionable insight and business management systems.

Our product suite is made up of a number of client facing SaaS offers which use data derived from multiple sources e.g. leisure management systems, wearable technology, community programming, major sporting event engagement, and healthcare providers. Connecting and standardising this data positions 4global uniquely in the provision of the following services:

• Predict the likely outcomes of significant investment in sport and physical activity programmes at a local and national level
• Benchmark the impact of new sports and activity investments
• Analyse the actual behaviours of citizens and how they participate (or not) in sport and activity programmes
• Target certain citizens to maximise the impact of specific programmes nationally or at a granular grass roots level
• Set the industry standard used to provide data driven insight to inform investments in sport and physical activity programmes
• Work with our clients to predict what will drive participation

Job Description – Accounts Coordinator

The primary responsibility of the Accounts Coordinator is to support the Accounts Team by driving the internal rhythm of the department and supporting with client facing activity. They will provide a level of structure to the department’s meetings, administration, and processes, and support the senior team in ensuring the department effectively delivers its objectives.

Reporting to the Account Director, the Accounts Coordinator has responsibility for promoting good project practices, ensuring effective intra-departmental collaboration, and working with Account Managers/Directors to understand client requirements, develop proposals, and create work plans accordingly.

• Supporting Account Directors in business and partnership development activities
• Discussing and establishing client requirements with end users and stakeholders
• Facilitating and leading workshops to expand requirements and provide solutions
• Be involved in full project lifecycles and have the central role in liaising with people and teams across the wider organisation
• Own the day-to-day activity and overall health of the department, being the main point of contact for other departments – covering all queries, including, business, operational & commercial matters
• Ensure all queries are dealt with in a timely manner and are directed to the correct area of the business to support our partner's needs

Minimum required skills, qualifications, and experience:
• An exceptional, dedicated, and professional individual with excellent communication skills
• Experience of delivering on behalf of clients and has a keen eye for detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of building successful relationships with clients, colleagues, and key stakeholders
• A proactive nature and a hard-working and self-motivated mentality and attitude
• The ability to thrive working as part of a team
• Excellent I.T. skills with experience of using the full Microsoft suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and capacity to learn new systems
• The capacity to, as required, work unsociable hours for the purpose of the role such as attending out of hours meetings with clients, achieving project deadlines, and working abroad

Desirable skills, qualifications, and experience:
• An interest in sport and major sports events
• Knowledge of the sport and physical activity sector and an understanding of the eco-system/stakeholders
• Experience supporting the preparation of pitches, tender responses, and commercial proposals
