17th BHA Food & Service Management Survey Launched at London’s Royal Garden Hotel
Over 180 members, analysts and members of the media gathered at the Royal Garden Hotel in London for the launch of the 2006 Food & Service Management Survey on Tuesday 28 February.
Speakers at the launch included Forum chairman Phil Hooper of Sodexho and Robyn Jones, MD of Charlton House, who outlined the strategies open to smaller catering operations.
The survey is sponsored by Unilever Foodsolutions and linked to Dewberry Redpoint’s Cost Sector Catering conference.
The Food & Service Management Survey is free to members and is available on request.
For non-members the survey costs £50 for a hard copy, or £25 for a PDF version.
