APSWC marks its first anniversary with Bali forum
The Asia-Pacific Spa and Wellness Council (APSWC) has marked its first anniversary by organising an invitation-only Strategic Planning Forum to actively promote the spa and hospitality industry in Bali, Indonesia.
APSWC members represent a total of 18 countries in the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions and will form the backbone of the leadership forum.
Those invited include Dieter Buchner from MSpa; Samantha Foster from Chiva-Som, who is also the current APSWC chair; Rhett Pickering of Marriott International; and Susan Stein of Jari Manari’s Consulting.
Senior management of large companies that influence the spa industry alongside individuals and companies that lead the industry through innovation and fresh approaches will also be invited to attend.
The inaugural meeting of the APSWC convened in Singapore in March 2006, and a second meeting was held at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit in Bangkok, Thailand, in May 2006.
