Active Nation appoints Kevin Lane
Leisure industry veteran Kevin Lane has joined Active Nation’s team as Improvement Manager.
Bringing over 25 year’s worth of experience, Lane joins the sport and exercise charity from FTSE 100 consultancy Capita.
He has previously served as national programme manager for Quest - where he was also an assessor, mystery visitor and trainer - and headed up quality, safety and HR for contractor Sports and Leisure Management Ltd (SLM).
Lane, who maintains his passion for exercise through gym sessions, running and cycling, said: “The essence of my recent work has been around change management, and I’m looking forward to bringing this experience back into the industry where my heart lies: leisure and physical activity.”
“Active Nation is already a strong brand, but I shall be seeking to strengthen its service quality still further, making it the stand-out organisation in the market.”
