An Ez(y) deal in Oz and NZ
Management software company Ez-Systems has signed a deal with Ezypay of Australia to provide a combined fitness management and direct debit solution in both Australia and New Zealand.
With Ez-Systems, bookings can be automatically matched to the resources available, eliminating the problem of double booking, while a further benefit is automated waiting lists, where customers are contacted via SMS or email when a space becomes available.
Additionally, contra-indicator settings can be adjusted to restrict diary entries, while group bookings and packages can be block-booked quickly and efficiently.
Ezypay is reported to be the largest billing company in Australia and New Zealand and has proven extremely successful in a market where 60 per cent of all health clubs in both countries outsource their billings.
It already has established technical support and deliveries teams in place, based out of Sydney and Wellington.
