BBSpa creates Belgian spa with extensive wet area
A new 350sq m spa has opened at the Hotel Le Sanglier Des Ardennes in Durbuy, Belgium. Created by Be a Business Spa (BBSpa), the Spa du Sanglier uses cedarwood throughout to give a natural wooden aroma that will be released for years.
The project was a collaboration between Atelier 47 architects and the BBspa team, who created the spa concept and layout.
The wet area includes a steam bath and aromatic bio sauna from Starpool, water massage cabin, cold emotional tunnel with snow shower from Metzger, and warm emotional tunnel with four shower stations.
A panoramic swimming pool, designed by ITACA, will be added in the next year.
Treatments will feature Salin de Biosel products, and the spa also includes two relaxation rooms, a couples treatment cabin, facial treatment cabin and body treatment cabin equipped with massage beds from Gharieni.
