ALVA to deliver visitor attractions masterclasses in Northern Ireland
Tourism Northern Ireland are teaming up with the Association of Leading Visitor Attractions (ALVA) to deliver a masterclass in how to make visitor attractions a success.
Aimed primarily at the heritage sector, ALVA director Bernard Donoghue will deliver a keynote speech focused on how to turn a visitor attraction into a successful business model, taking into account elements including commerciality, yield management, profitability and sustainability.
Taking place at Brownlow House in Lurgan on 8 March and then at the Beech Hill Country House Hotel in Londonderry, representatives from the National Trust and other local attractions will also speak. The same masterclass is taking place across the two days, offering flexibility for attendees.
