Brallet to run Cameron's restaurant
Hilton Glasgow has appointed Mathilde Brallet as restaurant manager for the contemporary Scottish restaurant Cameron's.
Brallet has taken on the role following her entry into Hilton Hotels' 'Elevator' programme - a programme open to graduates to develop the skills and experience needed to be fast-tracked to a general manager position at a Hilton hotel.
A hospitality management graduate of the Ecole hoteliere de Lausanne in Switzerland, she spent nine months working in Hilton Glasgow in a variety of roles gaining experience in human resources, conferencing & events, housekeeping and operations before being posted to Hilton Arc de Triomphe in Paris.
Craig Gardner, general manager at Hilton Glasgow said: "We invest a lot of time training and developing young people coming through the industry, honing their skills to bring out the best of their talent."
